Thoughts upon seeing Age of Steel

tysolnaThis is the first time the new series has felt like Doctor Who to me, as opposed to A Science Fiction Series With Time Travel. Either I'm used to it now, or it's really starting to be Doctor Who.
Love those sound effects.
Hate the Parallel World wildcard. But at least Rose has a good memory.
Loved Pete Tyler's reaction to the revelation.
Like Rose less and less. Wish they'd kept Mickey instead.
Loved the scenes that were already RP'd. What coincidences!
They're playing the Emo card too often for my liking.
And it's bloody Earth again next week! Where'd the "S" in TARDIS go? Is it "TARDIE" now, as in "E" for Earth?
