LJ, why this?

effing LJ...
I'm getting a weird little greyish strip above all my LJ pages, telling me that I am logged in and the things I can do and whatnot, and it messes up my layout.
Can someone tell me what this is, and how I can get rid of it? Because this annoys the hell out of me.

Edit: kaoru_is_here told me what to do, so now I'm happy again. :)

Because they cheer for randomness... or something. I've already had this stripe since months... but it only appeared on certain people's LJs and communities. Reasons unknown.

See, I thought it was only appearing on journals of people who've signed into the whole "free with benefits" thing, hence my confusion when it appeared on mine. :)
