I watch it every now and then in syndication, but I don't follow it with any sort of discipline and am used to seeing things out of sequence. So as far as I'm concerned, fire away, but if you're worried about spoilering everyone else, then... reply and then delete the reply? That way I'll get the notice but nobody else will see it...

House and Cuddy are now in a relationship, and Wilson doesn't believe it - so Cuddy grabs House by the, uh, family jewels to convince him. Wilson's silent reaction is wonderful.
