People, colleagues, and friends
Nov. 12th, 2007 09:49 pmThat Christmas dinner wasn't that bad, after all. Our crew is a lot of fun, and give us an Ouzo or two, and we'l really start rocking. Everyone was collapsing with laughter when our youngest coworker kept making unintentional innuendos. The best one was when she said, after I explained that I need both my hands to play the violin, that people who can't use their hands use their feet or mouths instead. Oh but we're a filthy bunch. All women, what do you expect?
Today, work again, stressful as usual, since people are already starting on their Christmas shopping, and most of them seem unable to grasp the concept of shopping baskets, instead putting stuff down at the cashier and then walking off to get more.
And then, about half an hour ago, I got a phone call, over the internet. And though he sounded like he was using a microphone in a church, it was good to hear his voice again.
