Apparently, I update this LJ less when I feel good than when I feel miserable. So, if you don't see me updating, just imagine I'm doing well, and you'll not be too far off.
Still, a small update might be in order. No reference will be made to current events, because I suppose you read the news, too.

1. I've reclaimed my kitchen, and have been cooking for myself these past three weeks, including breakfast. I'm even starting to experiment with foodstuffs, and have since discovered good new recepies for courgettes, lemon chicken, and bell pepper stew. Mom usually comes to visit me in the kitchen when she starts to smell garlic. Recepies will appear here upon request.

2. I've added somethingpositive to the list of webcomics I read. In fact, I've been reading through the archives for a few days now, which may also account for the fact of me not updating here. The writing and the cast are great. (And yes, I'm very fond of ChooChoo Bear, the 25 year old cat with the rare bone disease which makes all his bones gelatinous, and who's hairless because of the chemo therapy - imagine a pink silly putty cat going "mrow" whilst contentedly disappearing down the drain...)

3. My dreams have turned decidedly weird. Not that they weren't weird before, but these days I am dreaming in complete stories, more like TV shows. For example, tonight I was inside a new episode of Doctor Who, with Christopher Eccleston being the Doctor and me being Rose. There was something about a haunted opera house, and in the end, we had to collect all the instruments and blow them up with sticks of dynamite, to shrieks of horror from the orchestra.

4. My thoughts are with a lot of people, those who worry about loved ones, and those friends of mine I haven't talked to in a long time. I hope everyone is, or will be, well.
