Something to look forward to
Mar. 9th, 2005 01:55 amIt's no wonder I've been thinking about my favourite Science Fiction TV show a lot recently. After all, it's going to be on air this year, this month probably, for the first time in over a decade. Sadly, I'll not see it on the day it's being broadcast, as I would have to be in the UK for that, and I can't afford that at the moment; even if I could, I think it would be rather silly to fly over to London to see a TV show.
But it's not just any TV show - it's the new Doctor Who, and I want to see it. I want to know what they did to the title music. I want to know if the new logo will look as Farscapy in the opening credits as it looks on paper. I want to see what they did to the console room. I want to hear that wheezing groaning noise the TARDIS makes, and see a new Doctor step out of the old police box. I want to see the new adventures of Doctor Who in the 21st century.
I sound like a right geek.
Well, yes, I suppose I am.
