British slang: Someone who's fixated on fashions such as flashy "bling" jewellery (Generally gold), and designer clothing with the beige Burberry pattern, and generally "hip" brands of clothes, or hip-hop fashion. Not the most intelligent person in town, hangs around outside McDonald's looking for fun of all kinds.
Like, you know, cool kids imitatiating those guys in rap music videos, yo! ;)
