...eh? ;)
So, there's a Canadian in my flat.
By the way, I realise that for some reason, I have fallen into the habit of starting my entries with the word "so". For variety's sake, I will from now on also use "right", "and then", and "meanwhile". If any of you have other suggestions, please let me know in the comments.
Meanwhile, canadian in ur flat using ur broadbandz. I blame the Netherlands for the fact that my good friend is feeling under the weather; those weird continental viruses. There are few things more annoying than being sick while on holiday. And since tomorrow is a bank holiday, all GPs and pharmacies in the area are closed. But we will hit two birds with one stone, go into London tomorrow and there to a walk-in clinic. Afterwards, there may be a tourist bus tour, we'll see. The main thing now is for him to get better so that he can start enjoying the UK.
In other news, I get woken up every morning by R2-D2 in bird form. A bird not only of the weirdest song, but also of astonishing volume at six in the morning.
And lastly, watch out when doing the dishes while spying on the telly; you might cut yourself with the cheese knife and bleed all over the table.

Are there really no pharmacies open today? I thought everywhere opened on a Bank Holiday now, maybe it's just here? Can you find a Tesco? They have lots of drugs and gubbins (gubbins, good word for starting a post too).
Speaking of R2D2 birds. You may have been haunted by my long gone Cockatiel, who boasted magnificent volume at the crack of dawn and could not only sing the Star Wars theme, but could do a fair R2D2, when he wasn't growling like a rabid dog, or shouting his own name at you full blast.
