Mother! Lode?

Part three - even though I was allowed through the box of books yesterday, there were still more books in the window. I won't bore you with the details; suffice it to say that "Human Nature" was among them, a book I had coveted for a long time.

Also, I received my Prom tickets in the post last night, and booked my ticket for the Last Night of the Proms today. The Last Night is something I had wanted to go to since I was little. Very little.

Tomorrow after work, I'm heading to the airport to fly home for an extended weekend. The bass player and the singer of my ex-band are getting married on Saturday, so I'll see a lot of old friends again, have some fun, go shopping with my mom, do computer stuff with my dad (wanna bet?), and generally chill out.

Life is good.
