Productive morning

While doing the dishes - always a zen-like activity, unless there's singalongable music on the radio - I formulated three topics for papers I could publish, short little things that are close to my PhD topic. While the dishes dried, I wrote them down, and while drinking my second cup of coffee of the day, and after siphoning off enough creativity to make a Doctor Who macro, I made bullet point lists of what to include in them, and where I would find quotes to include / use.
Now, where would I send them to? Does the SF Foundation accept unsolicited submissions?
