Just around the corner
I realized this morning that I haven't been to London since ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
dadi was here, and that was last year. Ok, so maybe the weather wasn't good and the trains weren't running and whatnot, but dammit, I didn't have to move to the UK to sit on my bum, I could have done that back home (and probably more comfortably, too).
So, I am using a day of holiday on Friday. I'm going to get the Travelcard Off Peak which gets me from BiSto to Liverpool Street and back and includes a day ticket for tube and bus, and then I'm going to head into London, specifically the British Museum, followed most likely by a side trip to Covent Garden; after all, it is just around the corner.
