It's working out great here, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone. I'll admit that starting it does contain changing a lot of habits, a few trips to health and asian food shops, and a lot of cookery experiments, but it is well worth it. It's not only the weight loss, although that was the reason I started it. It's feeling absolutely great with what you eat, as well as kicking the sugar habit. Plus, it's made me try foodstuffs that I had never even known existed before. :-D
